Job summary

Morrie's Sparta Chevrolet in Sparta, WI is seeking a product specialist who will deliver best-in-class customer experiences, answer calls, and foster lasting customer relationships. You will assist clients in selecting the right vehicle using Morrie’s Needs Assessment and collaborate with Sales and Finance to close deals.

Ensure customers understand vehicle operation features and Morrie’s Promise, handling paperwork and post-purchase follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best experience to all customers who enter the dealership.
• Answer phone calls and follow up on leads.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with Morrie's customers.
• Help customers select the perfect vehicle using Morrie's Needs Assessment.
• Stay up to date on products, features, and accessories available.
• Work with Sales and Finance managers to effectively close deals.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up.
• Explain vehicle operation features, Morrie’s Promise, and paperwork.
• Follow up post-purchase action items including tag/title work.
• Work Monday through Saturday with one weekday off.
