The role involves helping customers choose vehicles, answering questions, giving test drives, and maintaining follow-up to ensure a great experience from initial contact through sale completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Business/Marketing degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle and answer questions.
• Take customers on test drives and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
• Keep in touch with customers, make calls and send texts.
• Learn inventory and use CRM to stay organized.
