Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the lot and showroom floor, building rapport to understand needs and vehicle preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance through test drives and walkarounds.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through financing and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, incentives, and competitor offerings.
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Partner with finance and sales management to structure deals and close sales.
• Accurately maintain customer records and update CRM with interactions and follow-ups.
