Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the car-buying process.
• Guide clients through vehicle options, test drives, and financing.
• Showcase vehicles and explain features, warranties, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with customers and build long-term trust for repeat business.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values, without compromising customer satisfaction, to support sales and positive financial business outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
