Gilchrist Chevrolet LLC is seeking a Sales Professional to warmly greet guests in our showroom and on the sales lot, presenting vehicle features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.

You'll coordinate test drives, collect required IDs, deliver vehicles, and guide customers through paperwork while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of service. This entry point offers training and room to grow within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability and 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and offer tailored assistance to guests in showroom or sales lot
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification from prospects
• Deliver vehicles and ensure the customer understands features, warranty and paperwork
• Maintain confidential customer information on the Dealership Management System
• Assist in writing complete sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies
• Introduce customers to Sales Managers for a management meeting
• Schedule appointments for test drives and delivery of vehicles
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and improve daily
