Golden Circle Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team across our Bolivar area locations. You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee showroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory and pricing strategies.

Candidates should bring auto sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for coaching others. This role emphasizes integrity, growth opportunities, and a high-energy approach to daily challenges.

Competenze

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team daily.
• Auto sales experience preferred and desking deals effectively.
• Outgoing, friendly persona with objections handling.
• Excellent communication with customers by phone and in person.

Mansioni

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and create strategies that will enhance the overall consumer experience.
• Ensure inventory orders are up to date and correct throughout the lot.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere in showrooms while managing tasks and processes of the sales teams.
• Hold scheduled training meetings with sales staff at least 3 days a week to prepare for objections.
• Lead the dealership with integrity and honesty, safeguarding the business.
