You will conduct test drives, handle financing discussions, and manage follow-up and documentation, with a focus on customer service, accuracy, and compliance.

The role offers paid training, commission-based pay, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned dealership network.

Qualificações

• 6 months of automotive sales experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingualism preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and buying motivations and pair with the right vehicle.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and close purchases.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and documentation.
• Input information meticulously into the database and manage paperwork.
• Explain financing options and assist with credit applications and purchase agreements.
