Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and lead through the sales process.
• Present new and used vehicles with high quality and knowledge.
• Use CRM to track all customer interactions.
• Present deal structure and finance products to customers.
• Follow up with customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training on new products and features.
• Arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
• Engage in business development via phone and email.
