We require at least 6 months of automotive sales experience and strong communication skills; English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred. This role offers a commission-based compensation and a paid training period.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs and buying motivations and pair them with the correct vehicle.
• Conduct product presentations and drive demonstrations; ask customers to purchase.
• Overcome objections and follow up by phone, email, and documentation.
• Educate customers on financing options and complete related paperwork.
• Input information into database and ensure strict adherence to guidelines.
