Toyota Santa Monica is seeking motivated individuals for Automotive Sales Consultant roles. No fixed experience level is required, but commission-based or luxury automotive sales experience is preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities include helping customers find their perfect vehicle, leveraging CRM tools, and building lasting relationships to drive repeat business. Candidates must have a valid CA Vehicle Salesperson License and a clean driving record.

Formación

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong desire to succeed and strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Engage customers with consultative selling to help select a vehicle.
• Stay updated on models, trends, and competitive offerings for informed decisions.
