Mossy Automotive Group is seeking energeticSales Consultant to join our Southern California team. You will sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles and products while aiming for quotas and customer satisfaction, with commissions and a guaranteed base pay for non-sales periods.

Expect to earn roughly $60,000 to $120,000 in annual commissions, plus the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and rest periods. This role emphasizes growth, training, and family-owned values with a strong benefits package.

• Demonstrate vehicles effectively and answer questions during demonstrations.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Overcome objections while complying with all regulations and company policies.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
