Job summary

The Boyd Group in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an administrative coordinator to support vehicle repairs. You will schedule repairs, prepare RO packets, and manage documentation with insurance partners.

Proficiency with CCC One and ARMS, plus strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, are essential. A High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar role are required.

Compensation ranges from $15–$21 per hour, with potential bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, minimum 1 year in a similar admin role.
• Experience in auto body environment and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Obtain repair authorizations from insurance and prepare RO packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record communications with customers or insurers via CCC One and track rental details.
• Manage ARMS entries and ensure alignment with CCC One for all vehicles.
