Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing teams and deliver analytics for commercial auto pricing. You will coach analysts, oversee projects, and interact with clients to present insights that influence pricing strategies.

The role is remote nationwide in the United States (with Hawaii and Alaska excluded). A strong actuarial background (ACAS/FCAS) and leadership experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Have a solid understanding of the market landscape
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead pricing projects and analytics for commercial auto.
• Coach and mentor actuarial analysts and consultants across pricing workstreams.
• Review work and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Manage teams time, workload, and resource tradeoffs.
• Foster client relationships and effectively communicate insights and pricing strategies.
