• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3+ years in personal lines insurance

• Develop and manage Actuarial Analysts and Consultants; provide coaching and direction across pricing/analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, ensure timely high-quality delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external clients; communicate insights and pricing strategies.
