Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial pricing and analytics for auto pricing. You will coach analysts, manage pricing projects, and engage with internal and external clients to deliver insights and pricing strategies.

This role is remote nationwide in the US with Hawaii/Alaska exceptions. You’ll lead teams, balance business goals with talent development, and communicate complex findings effectively to

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field with 5+ years of actuarial analysis in commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field with 3 years of actuarial analysis in personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee actuarial analyses and pricing projects.
• Coach and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants.
• Manage client relationships and communicate analytic insights and pricing recommendations.
• Review work and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Lead and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department.
• Balance workload and resources while guiding leadership decisions.
• Provide constructive challenges to leadership.
