Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytical projects. You will coach teams, oversee analyses, and interact with clients and stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and pricing expertise in the auto commercial space, with a remote-first setup across the United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years of actuarial/statistical analysis in commercial insurance, or a graduate degree with 3+ years in personal lines.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS certification or FCAS is required/preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects.
• Oversee analyses, support business decisions, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external clients and communicate insights effectively.
• Manage teams’ workload, performance reviews, and talent development.
