Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction.
• Oversee analyses and support business decisions with timely deliverables.
• Manage teams and workloads, balancing business results with talent.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate professional staff, providing feedback.
