Qualifications

• 3+ years managing teams in a supervisory capacity
• FCAS
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner, presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to present formally and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants; oversee pricing projects.
• Oversee accuracy and timely delivery of actuarial analyses for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage team workload and coordinate with leadership on resource allocation.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Balance business results with human capital constraints and foster collaboration.
