Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role across the United States (with Hawaii and Alaska excluded). You will lead actuarial analytics, coach teams, and collaborate with internal and external clients to shape pricing strategies for commercial auto insurance.

Formación

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years of post-bachelor statistical/actuarial analysis in commercial insurance; or graduate degree with 3+ years in personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS designation
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to professional staff

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses to support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients and communicate analytical insights effectively
• Manage teams, train consultants/analysts, and balance workload with leadership input
• Provide feedback and guidance to staff for productivity, growth and development
• Demonstrate accountability for achieving business results while managing human capital constraints
• Challenge leadership constructively and drive ownership mindset
