Qualifications

• Lead and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Experience presenting analyses and pricing recommendations to internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients during project work.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Coach and train staff; manage workload and staffing within the department.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital and provide leadership input.
