Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours and manage shifts.
• Assist with hiring, interviews and candidate selection.
• Oversee returns, exchanges and refunds processing.
• Ensure proper invoicing of merchandise and core charges.
• Coordinate store opening/closing duties and security procedures.
• Support mentoring and training of team members.
• Maintain store building, parking lot and equipment.
