Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager with goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.
• Assist in hiring processes, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure all store operations such as returns, transfers, invoicing, and safeguarding money are performed correctly.
