Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. You will help manage the sales floor, assist professional customers, and support store operations while adhering to company policies.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided. The role involves greeting customers, handling cash transactions, processing returns, and assisting with inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Familiar with automotive parts or related cataloging systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise in a friendly manner.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling strategies.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as directed.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions accurately per policy.
• Handle exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Support stock, shelf replenishment, and routine inventory tasks.
