O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and train on various inventory, cash handling, and in-store services.

The role involves assisting professional customers, answering calls, handling cash, returns, and planogram updates, plus executing daily operational duties and occasional deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly greet and assist customers, both retail and professional.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and handle tasks on phone and in-store.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, related selling).
• Promptly greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per policies.
• Answer store calls, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments accurately.
• Perform daily store operations and inventory tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training.
