Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in completing assigned tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role includes greeting customers, helping them select merchandise, answering calls, quoting prices, handling transactions, processing returns, stocking shelves, and performing daily planogram updates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support management and installer service staff as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns following company policy.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and cleaning.
• Perform in-store services like wiper installation and battery tests as trained.
• Occasionally drive deliveries when required.
