Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role supports store management, assists professional customers, and processes transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping with merchandise selection, handling exchanges, and resolving complaints. ASE certification and Spanish language ability are valued assets for this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store concurrently.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and Weatherly Index System is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE certification required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service specialists.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, and stocking.
• Operate store test equipment after training and requirements.
• Provide in-store services such as battery testing and headlight replacement.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if required.
