Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling returns, and supporting installer services as needed.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Other duties include maintaining image quality, stocking shelves, and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Promptly greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Process exchanges and returns and resolve customer complaints.
