Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and support management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Compensation includes health insurance, 401k, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, exchanges, returns, and store operations, with occasional vehicle deliveries when needed. Training and ASE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Serve professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks and credit transactions accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints pleasantly.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves.
• Complete training and support store management.
• Operate store equipment after training and company rules.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
