O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and you will promote customer service programs while helping customers select merchandise.

You will participate in cash handling, returns, and daily store operations, including phone inquiries and stock updates, while maintaining a friendly and professional environment for all customers.

• Exceptionally friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask, handling customers in-store and on the phone.

Responsabilités

• Greet retail customers and assist their merchandise selections.
• Promote and follow customer service programs and related selling techniques.
• Assist managers in serving professional customers and performing store tasks.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns following policy.
• Answer store calls and provide quotes; upsell related items and warranties.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer and perform daily image maker/planogram tasks.
• Assist with stock, stocking shelves, and inventory counts as needed.
• Support store operations including deliveries when required.
