Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly index system, and ASE certification (desired).
• Fluent in multiple languages, Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and help select merchandise.
• Assist management and installers with tasks and service.
• Answer calls, lookup parts and quote prices, promote related items and Low-Price Guarantee.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Maintain stock and assist with store operations and planogram updates.
