Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high customer service to retail and installer customers, while supporting store management in assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training relevant to the role will be provided.

The position involves greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, processing transactions, handling returns, and supporting daily stock and merchandising activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support professional customers as needed.
• Process cash/credit transactions and handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and inspections.
• Operate store test equipment after training and handle in-store services as allowed.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed and compliant with policy.
