Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments, and handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock updates, shelving, and store operations as directed.
• Perform in-store services and occasional local deliveries as needed.
