Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high‑level service to retail and installer customers and support store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with responsibilities spanning customer greetings, product selection, and professional customer assistance.

The role also covers cash handling, exchanges, returns, and phone support, along with in-store tasks such as stock upkeep and basic service tasks when trained, contributing to a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policy.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policies.
• Provide in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries when trained.
