Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Manage cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns in accordance with policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and daily store operations.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
