Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers in a fast-paced store. The role supports management, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and related selling.

Key duties include greeting customers, quoting prices, processing payments, handling returns, and assisting with inventory and store services. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers and assist with selections promptly.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional service.
• Multitask effectively between in-store and phone interactions.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers, assist with merchandise choices, and support professionals as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card processing, and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints and assist with stock, backroom tasks, and planogram updates.
• Operate store equipment after training; complete daily tasks and other duties as assigned.
