Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver top-tier service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role includes handling phone inquiries, assisting professional customers, processing transactions, and maintaining stock and displays. Training and car-care services may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, exchanges, and returns according to policy.
• Provide in-store services and daily operational tasks (stock, planograms, freight).
• Answer store phone calls and quote prices; upsell related items.
