O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, including shift management in the absence of supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; manage money/deposits and security.
