Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, using electronic outside purchase ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately, issue refunds with correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise appropriately.
• Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor adherence to posted work schedules and clock-in/out according to policy, with supervisory approval as needed.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, money handling, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
