Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Burien, WA. This role will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations, while also assuming shift management responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
- Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
- Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
- Process customer returns and exchanges accurately.
- Perform all store opening/closing duties as required.
