Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and manage schedules.
• Handle store operations, opening/closing duties, and deposits.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders and transfers timely.
• Address returns, exchanges, and invoicing of merchandise.
