Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required and RSS certification must be obtainable.
• Retail sales experience is preferred for effective customer interactions.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair improves job performance.
• Spanish language fluency is highly desired to serve a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver exceptional customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer phones according to policy and manage order processing across channels.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Efficiently handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor schedules and ensure clocking in/out per policy; perform opening/closing duties.
• All other duties as assigned.
