Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure execution of service programs.
• Handle telephone inquiries per company policy and manage store-to-store transfers and online orders efficiently.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and promptly.
• Perform opening/closing duties, verify deposits, and ensure security procedures are followed.
• All other duties as assigned.
