Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in New Hampshire is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership and drive sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role also assumes shift management in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and restage merchandise correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to posted work schedule and clock in/out properly.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and bank procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
