Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure timely processing of online orders and customer notifications.
• Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties.
