Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the Manager's absence and encouragement of bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities include leading team members, managing service programs, handling POS and returns, and overseeing store procedures. Relevant certifications and automotive knowledge are valued, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive

Ability to obtain RSS Certification within role.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic ledger.
Process returns and exchanges accurately, issue refunds using correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise properly.
Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clocking in/out.
