You will lead team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, process transfers and orders, handle returns, ensure invoicing, and uphold security and opening/closing duties.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and orders/transfers are processed timely.
• Handle returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and ensure proper invoicing and security procedures.
• Perform day-to-day opening/closing duties, money handling, and building security as assigned.
