Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of management.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes delivering excellent customer service to both retail and professional customers, supervising showroom service levels, and ensuring accurate processing of orders, returns, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program adherence.
• Answer phones per policy and process all orders and transfers on time.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and coordinate with team on schedules.
