Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Spanish language skills highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Handle store operations, transfers, and order processing in a timely manner.
• Open/close duties, money handling, and security checks as required.
• Support store management in shift coverage when needed.
