Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, is desired.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer phones promptly according to policy and assist customers.
• Process buy online/ship to store and other transfers in a timely manner, contacting customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately in the ledger.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper payment methods.
