Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes strong communication, retail auto parts experience, and proficiency in handling store processes and service programs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
• Experience in retail sales in auto parts is desirable.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Supervise telephone and ordering processes, including BOP/ship-to-store and transfers.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing duties and security procedures.
